Review terms and conditions and commercial terms for new contracts, work with legal team to ensure that all commercial and legal risks are mitigated through appropriate commercial and legal clauses.
Identify areas for improvement in procurement to pay process or any other process related to procurement, propose, and implement the required change for improvement.
You will have:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or Engineering discipline.
Proved experience in defining, leading, and developing Sourcing Strategies, understanding of purchasing terms and conditions and commercial acumen is required, as well as international market experience.
Real Estate knowledge will be advantageous.
SAP EPR knowledge required.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Self-starter, capable of taking ownership of issues and resolving them.
Excellent written and oral Spanish and English language skills, (French and Portuguese language skill is advantageous).
Location: Office-based, with some travel required to visit suppliers and company sites.
Drive car license required.

 <li>Performing daily packaged gases filling: Cylinders/Packs/Dewars as per production schedule</li>
 <li>Perform daily prefill/post fill quality checked on finished goods</li>
 <li>Organizing and securing stored pallets and racks.</li>
 <li>Loading or unloading materials manually, off or on to pallets, platforms, skids, or Vehicles.</li>
 <li>Performing routine post and pre inspections to ensure suitable working nature or forklift equipment.</li>
 <li>Reporting to Manager regarding any damage to racks, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards.</li>
 <li>Consulting, working, and coordinating with supervisors, managers, equipment manufactures, and employees regarding unloading and loading operations.</li>
 <li>Perform general clean-up tasks to keep work area clean and free of excess debris.</li>

 This position is accountable for the following end results:
 Compliance with BSP and embrace the safety culture. Full quality awareness. Attend all meetings, presentations, coffee talks, trainings as requested by the line supervisor. Report incidents/ accidents and take immediate actions in the event of an emergency and report in line with procedures. Follow all EH&amp;S training requirements for Make personnel, all equipment, plant performance levels and procedures to ensure that products are delivered to the customer expectations, having met all relevant company and international standards. Notify the maintenance team and help solve problems. Ensure the reliability of supply to customer. Execute supervisor’s direction and provide feedback. Implement new operator training and draft/ update plant operating procedures.
