Process employment verifications for active, termed, and employees filing for unemployment
Purchasing and managing of all HR operating supplies, employee relations items, as needed
Pull ADP reports for the Director of Human Resources as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Human Resources
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as Human Resources Generalist or Manager in an upscale/luxury hotel environment
Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred
Thorough knowledge of EEOC and employment laws
Computer skills required and good applicable knowledge of HRIS such as ADP or Work Day preferred
Computer literacy to include but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Ability to effectively deal with employees and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and to resolve conflicts
Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, in the English language
Ability to move around the hotel and liaise with all departments to maintain good team relations and understanding of departmental needs
Must possess the ability to handle and coordinate multiple tasks
Must possess a high degree of stamina, agility and flexibility
Must be able to adhere to and promote Hotel service standards, Human Resources standards and policies, and applicable Hotel and Corporate standards and policies

We are looking for an experienced Barman who has likely already worked in a similar position in the Hospitality sector and who will be actively part of the F&amp;B Team by providing an excellent guest drinking experience.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for in house and external guests</li><li>
Interacting with customers and taking orders</li><li>
Assessing bar customers&rsquo; needs and preferences and making recommendations</li><li>
Know how to answer the phone and properly take a Private Dining order
</li><li>Communicate with other servers or back servers to see if they need any help</li><li>
Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform</li><li>
Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions</li><li>
