 <p><b>Talent Acquisition and Development (TAD) </b></p>
 <p>The Talent Acquisition and Development (TAD) Division is responsible for managing the full employee journey and supporting our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). It is comprised of teams responsible for workforce planning, experienced hire and future talent acquisition, future talent programmes, learning &amp; development, performance, talent management and engagement.</p>
 <p>The talent acquisition and development strategy aims to attract, select, identify, develop, engage, retain and enable people to achieve their potential to meet the Bank’s mission now and in the future – with a particular focus on future skills, building diversity and enabling talent development and learning for all.</p>
 <p><b>Future Talent </b></p>
 <p>This role sits within the Future Talent Team, made up of 7 FT Partners, each specialising in a different programme and led by the Head of Future Talent. The team are supported by a Future Talent Support Team. The Future Talent team are a key team in the Talent, Acquisition and Development (TAD) division. We specialise in the recruitment and development of all the Bank’s Future Talent programmes, which includes Graduates, Apprentices, Interns (incl. Black Future Leaders), Industrial Placements, PhD’s and Career Returners.</p>
 <p><b>Job Description </b></p>
 <p>We are recruiting for a Future Talent Partner to look after the end to end recruitment and development process for our Internship, Industrial Placement and Black Future Leaders Sponsorship Programmes. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with the cohorts and hiring areas, with opportunities to input into the programme development and recruitment process.</p>
 <p>Reporting in to the Head of Future Talent, this role will work alongside the Future Talent Partners, but will have ownership of their own recruitment processes and development programmes.</p>
 <p>The role will include:</p>
 <ul>
  <li>Management of the full recruitment process for the Internship, Industrial Placement and Black Future Leaders Sponsorship Programmes, across all business areas in the Bank, including running Assessment Centres (supported by the Future Talent Administrators)</li>
  <li>Management of the development programmes for the above cohorts to ensure a positive experience whilst at the Bank, and to allow transition for strong performers on to further Graduate and Intern roles</li>
  <li>Working closely with the BEEM recruitment allies on the Black Future Leaders programme and taking into account the Court review findings in order to set up the successful candidates for success with regards to both the recruitment and development</li>
  <li>Management of the returner process for the successful Interns and Industrial Placements to return on further Internships or as a Graduate</li>
  <li>Key point of contact for their cohorts and line managers</li>
  <li>Partnering with the Graduate leads on the attraction and marketing campaigns, including campus activity. Liaising with careers services at universities and representing the Bank at campus events</li>
  <li>Providing relevant MI to the Head of Future Talent and relevant stakeholders, and tracking spend against the relevant budgets</li>
  <li>Contributing to and delivering on the recruitment strategy for the target group based on identifying business requirements</li>
  <li>Working towards the Bank's D&amp;I targets, including identifying new ways to target candidate groups</li>
  <li>Running Insight Days and other attraction events over the summer.</li>
