We will provide a robust onboarding and training process during your first few weeks which will include overviews of human resources functions across the organization led by our HR leaders. During this time, you will gain relevant experience by completing 3 &ndash; 4 rotations which may include the following Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Development, HR Shared Services and Employee Relations. We will match you with a mentor who will help guide you throughout the year.

As an Associate in this program, you&rsquo;ll also have the opportunity to participate concurrently in Early Career Development Programming (ECDP) &ndash; a robust, 4-month program crafted to give our new colleagues a solid foundation of Citizens.  The Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Engineer is an experienced individual that supports, analyzes, and configures our Oracle HCM Cloud environment. This role provides primary technical expertise for Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance Mgt, Talent Review, Reporting, and Journeys. The position provides leadership and assistance in the implementation and configuration of new processes and third-party inbound/outbound files. The individual assists in evaluating business processes and procedures to create functional and technical solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate information is made available for review, analysis and decision making and is trusted with highly confidential information. The Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Engineer must have a solid foundation of HR business processes (HCM Core, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Mgt, Payroll, etc.) This position will be a key member of the Oracle HCM Cloud team working heavily with HR, IT, and external consultants to enhance, fix, configure, and customize the system to meet business requirements.  The Solution Engineer will be responsible for:

 <li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (i.e. HCM Core, Benefits, Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Performance Mgt, Talent Development, Reporting, etc.)</li>
 <li>Manage Oracle HCM Cloud system configuration, security settings, applications, users, groups, and group memberships.</li>
 <li>Analyzes, creates, changes, and supports enhancement requests while making recommendations to the business.</li>
 <li>Bl Publisher support, administration and report writing.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with the integration team to support and maintain integrations between internal/external systems.</li>
 <li>Generates advanced ad hoc reports using a variety of reporting tools (e.g., fast formulas, Excel, SQL, Bl) while providing accurate and timely information.</li>
 <li>Interprets user requirements to meet system-related needs. Develops alternative solutions, offers recommendations, and influences decisions.</li>
 <li>Maintains a high level of accurate and up to date documentation for business workflows and processes.</li>
 <li>Monitor, maintain, and create scheduled jobs and processes in data exchange, and Bl reports.</li>
