Collaborate with HR and legal teams on footprint changes (start-up sites and site closures) and RIFs, ensuring both regulatory compliance and exceptional support to impacted employees.
Track and monitor KPI performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and recommending improvements to minimize risk.
Evaluate and improve ER processes, exploring opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
Deliver coaching and education to leaders on effective employee relations practices, including performance improvement and consistent application of HR policies.
Support labor relations activities, including advising on contract interpretation and union negotiations.
Execute the Employee Relations annual governance cycle and communication plan, ensuring timely stakeholder reporting and leading the planning and implementation of quarterly ER campaigns on relevant topics to enhance leadership practices.
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience : 7+ years of experience in employee relations or HR, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
Skills : Strong leadership/delegation skills, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, team leadership, and experience handling escalated cases and performance improvement processes.
Other : Knowledge of regional labor laws, experience with metrics and reporting (e.g., KPIs), and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Authorization: Must be Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Location: Individuals based in the St. Louis, MO, Kennesaw, GA, or Dayton, OH areas preferred.
