As SVP, Strategy, you are the strategic lead for planning, coordinating, and bringing our client’s brand ecosystem strategy to life. The overall quality of the strategy work is on your shoulders, but you’re up to the challenge. You bring leadership and expertise for complex projects that cross a variety of skillsets. You’re a natural leader who understands how to guide a strategy team through project lifecycles and across multiple interagency partners, but you also know how to persuade senior clients to take the risks they’ve asked for (but are a little afraid of). You are very comfortable with data, emerging technology, and thinking across brand ecosystems, which means you can effectively articulate insights and strategies to multi-disciplinary teams comprising of creatives, technologists, and more. They will have the opportunity to assist in the development of plans, schedules, and control project activities toward these objectives, all the while, learning the technical, theoretical, and managerial skills required to satisfy project requirements, while building positive professional relationships. You Will * Gain exposure and understanding of the project delivery discipline and how it operates within the agency. * Collaborate with other Trailhead participants on client project and global intern project. * Assist in development, maintenance, and effective execution of project plans throughout the life of assigned project(s) according to established procedures, channels, and success expectations. * Contribute to continual process and people management innovation, supporting effective delivery of solutions. * Assist in establishing clear project parameters supporting the success of all internal and client team members. * Provide and promote high standards of professionalism and leadership throughout the life of projects, both within and outside the organization, appropriately representing Critical Mass’ business philosophies, protocols and standards * Assist in creating and maintaining a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements.
