You must be a U.S. citizen, enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's program, knowledgeable in Java, Javascript, and Python, and able to adapt to Agile development with strong communication skills.

You will apply engineering models using various programming languages, research new technologies, develop and conduct software tests, and support technical testing in the lab.

 The Intern will assist in developing innovative solutions as part of an Agile team of fellow computer engineers and customer stakeholders to solve problems in support of the National Security mission.
 Essential Job Functions:
 Apply scientific or engineering models to utilize third and fourth generation languages (such as Java, Python, Perl, C++, etc.). Research, identify, and adapt cutting-edge software technologies to develop solutions while maintaining a cyber-secure environment. Help develop software test description prior to test, conduct testing and develop software test reports after software tests are complete. Support Technical and Operational Testing in the laboratory as required.
 Required Skills:
 Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
 High School Diploma and currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related.
 Desired Skills:
 Development languages include but are not limited to Java, Javascript, and Python. Knowledge of software development in an Agile environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be ready to adapt to quickly changing requirements during the development process. Successful candidates will be highly motivated and team-oriented.
