Our interview process is four interview rounds with some casual Zoom (or in-person) coffee in between to get to know each other: * Recruiting Screen: 30-45 minute call with our recruiting team (We want to discuss your background, interests and motivations as well as the practical details and make sure that Flawless would be a good fit for you) * Initial Interview: 30 minute Zoom. This will be an interview focused on evaluating your background in greater detail, specifically your experience as a leader, dealing with ambiguity, and managing projects, deadlines and revenue growth * Team Interview: 60 Minute Zoom Interview where you will meet two of your potential future team members evaluating your experience in content delivery, and data driven decision making * Team Interview: 60 Minute Zoom with our CPO and/or Principal Product Manager discussing our Product suite, needs, and learning about your background in growth marketing and product marketing strategies * Final Interview: This will be an onsite interview with our CEO/Chairman discussing the company’s vision and your interest in joining the team         Your recruiter will be your main point of contact and prepare you for interviews. You’ll meet 6-7 people from across the business. (We make sure that you have time in each interview to ask them questions).
