  <p>Our Accounting department has the mission to ensure the bookkeeping and the posting of the financial flows such as invoices, expense reports or client billing.</p>
  <p>The analysis and development of the internal controls provides continuous transparency and facilitates the flow of information between Global Jet and our partners.</p>
  <p>In this function you will be in charge for the following tasks:</p>
  <ul>
   <li>Monitor international payments in various currency for our subsidiaries in different countries</li>
   <li>Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are addressed and resolved promptly</li>
   <li>Monitor cash flow and manage bank balances to optimize liquidity and minimize risk</li>
   <li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording and reporting of banking transactions</li>
   <li>Follow &amp; develop internal payment procedure</li>
   <li>Prepare ah-hoc analysis for the management</li>

   <li>Master degree or higher in Accounting or Finance</li>
   <li>A first experiences in accounting (bookkeeping, cash management)</li>
   <li>Fluent in English and French</li>
   <li>Strong PC skills particularly Microsoft Excel (Power BI would be a plus)</li>
   <li>Experience with Multiline or any other payment platform.</li>
   <li>Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central would be a strong asset.</li>
   <li>Strong organized analytical skills</li>
   <li>Proactive, independent, dynamic and rigorous</li>
