This role provides valuable experience across several HR functions, including recruitment, record-keeping, compliance, and employee support. The HR Intern will assist in maintaining accurate employee data, supporting recruitment campaigns, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Database / Record Keeping / General Administration
   
    Maintain and update employee records, including attendance monitoring and reflecting changes in HR & Payroll systems.
    Ensure company databases/HR systems are updated accurately and efficiently.
    Prepare weekly and periodic reports and statistics as needed.
    File management, photocopying, and general administrative support.
    Provide timely and accurate responses to HR-related queries from colleagues and department managers.
   
    Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding
   
    Assist the Talent Acquisition Team in various recruitment campaigns, including apprenticeships and graduate positions.
    Support relocation programs, offering assistance on a case-by-case, country-specific basis.
   
    Mobilization
   
    Support employee secondments and international transfers, coordinating travel arrangements where required.
   
    Compliance
   
    Assist the Global HR Team in ensuring compliance with local regulations, laws, and H&MV Engineering HR procedures, adhering to industry best practices.
