What youâ€™ll do
Reviews and approvals of client account classification, types and limits
Monitoring clientâ€™s margin calls and contacting clients where necessary
Debt recovery (negotiating payment plans, liaising with solicitors)
Auditing and Reporting
Authorizing Corporate, High risk and multiple accounts
Answering client queries (phone & email)
Â Liaising with members of IGâ€™s Premium client & Trading Services teams globally
