We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Publishing &amp; Analytics Intern to assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple platforms. This position will also involve collecting and analyzing data of published content to assist in optimizing our content strategy. What you are good at:

</ul> Key Responsibilities:I. Content Publishing:

 <li>Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content (articles, videos, graphics, etc.) across various platforms such as social media, Janney.com, email marketing software, and Financial Advisor websites.</li>
 <li>Ensure all content aligns has been approved through supervisory channels.</li>
 <li>Manage content calendars, including required 18-month review process of standard materials.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure posts are engaging and optimized.</li>
</ul> II. Analytics &amp; Reporting: 
<ul>
 <li>Track and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting software.</li>
 <li>Produce regular reports summarizing engagement metrics, trends, and content effectiveness.</li>
 <li>Provide insights and recommendations based on data to enhance future content strategy.</li>
 <li>Assist in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for content across platforms.</li>
</ul> III. Content Optimization:
