The role will be responsible for providing a full PA service to the two Directors as well as support the Digital & Data Leadership team. What's the job? * Complex diary management including organisation of meetings, events and Exec level dinners and team events. This is an intuitive role with high levels of autonomy which requires anticipating the needs of both Directors and confidence managing a fluid agenda. * Sensitive gate keeping, Board level engagement and strong cross department communication, especially with the GE and Digital & Data Leadership team. * Working with teams and individuals across the group to ensure that meetings, events and interviews are prepared for in a way that maximizes the Director’s time. * Organising extensive UK and international travel, accommodation and visas. * Helping the Directors with IT support across the team and ad-hoc help for the wider team and new starters * Liaising effectively and building relationships with other departments and Banners within Kingfisher. * Organising team building and social events as/when required to facilitate collaboration and networking * Support overall PA network to ensure working effectively What You'll Bring * Experience as an Executive Assistant, in a PLC or Corporate Centre or consultancy environment * Excellent organisational skills - ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
