Stock Control and Cost Effectiveness Daily record of stock levels to ensure all areas are supplied in a timely manner Timely ordering of all consumables required for all 3 areas via Oracle and NHS Supply Chain Ensure correct supplies from Trust Stores department Ensure areas are not over-stockedMaintain monthly (QEP) spreadsheet and inform the Matron and Directorate Manager monthly Finance ControlEnsure there is a daily attendance to all invoice payments required e.g. Nursing Agency payments.
