Coordinate and support the due diligence process for investment managers, developing and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Oversee the NAV monitoring process for delegate fund administrators, tracking daily, weekly, and monthly NAVs for Mercer Funds, and comparing expected fund performance with actual results from fund accounting teams.
Maintain exception reports for cash breaks, position breaks, pricing, trade settlements, and fund flows, reviewing reconciliations among counterparties, custodians, and administrators, and coordinating investigations with outsourced service providers.
Participate in the audit process, ensuring timely completion of fund audits and preparation of Mercer Funds Financial Statements, serving as the primary contact for fund auditors.
