They should have the ability to proven DC experience and industry credibility working also at the “C” level with the area of responsibility.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive transactional & new partnerships within Middle East, Turkey and Africa on a business development and operational level
Develop and implement a GTM strategy & business planning, especially for Africa as channel-only driven region
Ensure teamwork between the different ecosystem players
Define and implement all Pathway Programs, Communication and Measurement – cross all Business Units
Ensure ongoing Reporting & Transparency
Drive Partner & Pathway Funnel, Pipeline & Revenue on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
Ability to travel as much as >50% of the time
What we need to see:
5+ years sales & partner experience in IT industry within the Middle East plus Africa
Proven track record to develop and handle partnerships on an enterprise level
Ability to balance between actual operational execution and long term strategy – focus & flexibility
Ability to combine and balance Partner Management, Sales, Business Development and Alliance Leadership skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English & Arabic – French optional and any further languages would be phenomenal
Self-motivated, strong execution capability, daring and hardworking.
University degree or equivalent experience or above within economics or international business combined with computer science background.
