Work Life Balance
We recognise the importance of work-life balance. To support this, many of our head office roles offer hybrid working and flexi-time. We have also introduced a day for change, where employees are entitled to 1 extra day of paid leave each year, to allow the opportunity to become involved in volunteering projects, taking an active part in the local community or taking action to support local groups and communities who are marginalised.

All eligible employees are entitled to a generous discount on Paul Smith and licensed products, as well as exclusive access to private sales.
Clothing Allowance
A generous seasonal clothing allowance is given to all eligible employees. Eligible retail employees are also entitled to a seasonal uniform.
Holiday Entitlement
Employees receive an annual entitlement of 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays. We offer the option to purchase or sell up to five extra holiday days a year (pro-rata for part-time employees).
Bonus & Commission
Sales consultants receive a generous commission structure and we reward our management teams with a competitive Managers Bonus Scheme.
