You need a high school diploma, management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to multitask, knowledge of construction codes, and a valid driver's license.

You will coordinate contractors, order materials, monitor quality and quantity, manage time and budget, and perform tasks as assigned by management.

Acquire and apply the appropriate knowledge of Perry Homes construction procedures regarding the Phase II process (from sheetrock tape and float to home completion) and perform warranty service according to Company procedures.
