  <li>Submit and tracks maintenance tickets to administration/landlord.</li>

  <li>Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.</li>
  <li>Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services. (FedEx, UPS, etc.)</li>
  <li>Reconciles credit cards statements.</li>
  <li>Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files including parking diagrams.</li>
