The Keeper of Records will work closely with internal teams, external legal entities, and law enforcement to ensure timely and accurate responses.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Review and process around 500 legal court orders annually (e.g., Grand Jury Subpoenas, Mass Criminal Subpoenas, Bankruptcy, IRS Summons).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure legal documents are accurate and complete before processing, coordinating with internal teams to locate responsive materials.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;File and record legal documents, deliver them to courts or parties, and bill agencies for research fees.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with the Legal and Security teams, and appear in court to represent the bank and testify on document accuracy.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Process verification requests (e.g., Account Verifications, Mass Health Applications) and ensure completeness before processing.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage over 40 research requests per week from internal business units, ensuring timely completion and billing for research fees.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Utilize various systems (Horizon, COLD+, ImageCentre, etc.) to compile necessary documents and assist other departments in locating information.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist management with special projects, including bank acquisitions and data verification.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with legal and regulatory standards, particularly GLBA compliance.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;High School Diploma or equivalent required.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of legal documents.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams, external entities, and court representatives.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficiency with multiple systems and applications for document management.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;em&gt;Our goal is to offer our colleagues the most generous benefits package possible.
