Background * This is an exciting time to join the firm, and the design team. This is a role created to support the development and growth trajectory of the firm and play an integral role in the wider Integrated Marketing Communications team. * The design team has been part of an exciting strategy to deliver the vision of the firm and bring sophistication and quality to all our creative thinking, design development and project activation. Positioning the firm as a leader in every aspect of audit, tax and consulting business services. * To enable this we need support to deliver on the growing number of high-profile presentation requests, joining the current team of 11. * Working alongside our current presentation designer and senior design executive and our wider team of graphic designers, this role is highly varied, working on various digital presentation projects from across the business, as well as our global team. * As the successful candidate you will be able to keep a cool head as you embed your creativity on projects within the framework of the global visual brand refresh. * You will have the opportunity to develop your skillset, managing a wide portfolio of projects as well as your communication skills when proactively managing multiple stakeholders. * You will be supporting RSM’s global vision to be the adviser of choice to middle market business leaders.
