In the role of Quality Engineering Supervisor you'll play a pivotal part in quality assurance. You'll have the opportunity to serve as the primary contact for on-site quality activities, coordinating efforts with customers, BUs, and division personnel. This position contributes to our vision by:

&#61607; Ensure manufacturing processes meet AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, and DoD requirements.
<br>
&#61607; Oversee process validation, first article inspections (FAI per AS9102), and final product inspections to ensure compliance.
<br>
&#61607; Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and improve manufacturing quality.
<br>
&#61607; Second Line

&#61607; Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
<br>
&#61607; Develop and enforce manufacturing process controls to minimize defects and scrap.
<br>
&#61607; Ensure inspections, and dimensional analysis are performed accurately.
<br>
&#61607; Work closely with production teams to implement Quality Control Plans (QCPs).
<br>
&#61607; Ensure compliance with DoD contracts, MIL-STD (Military Standards), ITAR, DFARS, and FAA requirements.
