Our reasons then were our reasons now. Fundamentally, we think that media is too important to be commoditised by big buying networks. We believe that advertisers deserve better accountability and complete transparency from their media partner, and we know that industry best work comes from industry best people, regardless of media budget. So we set a business goal to create a better place for people to work with a truly unique and progressive culture.
