What is the duration of the industrial placement?
The industrial placement is for 12 months, starting in August 2025.
Who is eligible to apply for the placement?
The placement is open to second-year undergraduate university students on a four-year degree who are completing a work placement in their third year.
What are the minimum academic requirements for applicants?
Applicants should have a predicted degree of 2:2 in any discipline and a minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A Levels or equivalent, excluding general studies. They must also have GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/grade C or above.
What kind of training will I receive during the placement?
You will receive excellent training alongside first-year graduate trainees and work with experienced professionals on real client projects to develop the necessary skills to be a successful accountant.
Are there opportunities for advancement after the placement?
Yes, if you demonstrate the skills and qualities needed, you may be offered a place on one of the three-year graduate apprenticeship programmes to become a Chartered Accountant (ACA).
How does the hybrid working model work?
The hybrid working model allows you to split your time between the office, home, and client sites. You will frequently attend the office for formal training and on-the-job learning.
