Requirements

  • Candidates should have cleared CA Intermediate both groups and should have completed at least 18 months articleship preferably from Big 4s or other Top tier CA firms.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of Indian or Global Transfer Pricing Regulations.
  • Candidate should be good with MS Office and should have excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate should be eligible to register as Industrial Trainee under the regulations of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
  • Exposure to Oracle ERP is desired but not mandatory.
  • Financial Modelling knowledge is good to have.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to projects with skills and knowledge based on curriculum of Chartered Accountancy along with individual efforts and research.
  • Analyze financial performance of group companies to ensure adherence to Transfer Pricing Policy;
  • Assist in Analysis and preparation of workpapers for tax policy decision making;
  • Assist in preparing submissions to global tax authorities;
  • Prepare and analyze Flux analysis for YoY or QoQ Financial performance;
  • Prepare part or whole of three tier documentation i.e. Transfer Pricing Local File, Master File or Country by Country Report and
  • Assist in various research and ad hoc reports.
