What is the duration of the placement for the Building Surveying Student Placement?
The placement is a 12-month fixed term position beginning in Summer/Autumn 2025.
Where is the placement location?
The placement is located at our London Chapel Place office.
What type of degree is preferred for applicants?
We ideally seek students studying a RICS accredited degree, but we also welcome applications from those with a non-accredited degree who are interested in a career in Building Surveying.
Is a driving license required for this position?
Yes, it is essential that you have or are working towards gaining a full UK driving license.
What are the typical working hours for this placement?
The typical working hours are from 9 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
What kind of support will be provided to students during the placement?
Students will receive regular one-to-ones and feedback on their development, with opportunities to contribute to the team's work.
