Who can apply for the placement scheme?
The placement scheme is open to third or fourth year LLB students in Scotland, first or second year of Graduate LLB, and LLB graduates.
Are there any academic requirements for applicants?
We consider applications from candidates who have received a 2:2 degree with mitigating circumstances.
What can candidates expect from the placement scheme?
Candidates can expect informative sessions, group exercises, assessed work, time at their desk, and social events, providing a chance to get to know the team and the firm's culture.
What does the training contract entail?
The training contract will involve a two-year period covering four six-month seats in Corporate & Commercial, Disputes, Finance & Projects, and Real Estate.
Is the placement scheme open to international applicants?
Yes, we welcome applications from candidates from all locations, but please note that this role may not meet Home Office requirements for a Skilled Worker visa, and we may not be able to sponsor visas.

The application window is open from 1st October 2024 to 6th January 2025.
