Responsibilities

  • Accept specific assignments and develops concepts according to parameters defined by the senior architect overseeing project assignment.
  • Assure execution of and assists with quality control activities for architectural elements on a project.
  • Review drawings, documents and submittals for document compliance and documenting code review and compliance.
  • Keep lead architect or designated team leader informed of progress; recognize problem issues and communicate impact to team, and seek clarity when necessary.
  • Maintain, organize and archive all project related documents.
  • Make an on-going effort to obtain IDP credits so that architectural registration will be achieved.
  • Interact and communicate effectively and professionally with other team members.
  • Perform construction administration duties (e.g. RFI’s, RFP’s, change orders, etc.)
