Responsibilities

  • This Summer Analyst will work with the Commercial Office/Mixed Use Marketing Team to support across many initiatives and projects. You’d be responsible to assist the team with the strategy and execution of marketing deliverables across the Related national development pipeline and the current Related office New York portfolio - 30 Hudson Yards, 50 Hudson Yards, 55 Hudson Yards and 10 Hudson Yards. The team is also responsible for Employee Engagement marketing in New York, targeting more than 20,000 Hudson Yards employees.
  • Employee engagement support across marketing collateral, campaigns, app content and increasing its usage - working with the graphic design team.
  • Social media content support for key commercial properties.
  • Create a Competitor analysis report to help further develop current marketing campaigns.
  • Support on broker and tenant engagement (emails, events, pitch decks etc.).
  • Photograph employee events.
  • Audit and organize photo database.
  • Assist team with market research for various projects.
