What will the key responsibilities of the intern include?
Key responsibilities may include gathering and analyzing data, assisting in surveillance and new issuance deal workflow, supporting analysts in credit committee preparation, testing analytical models, working on sample credit reports, and presenting mock transactions.
Will there be a final project for the internship?
Yes, there will be a capstone project to be presented to senior staff at the end of the internship.
What qualifications are necessary to apply for this internship?
Candidates should have an undergraduate concentration in finance, accounting, business, economics, or real estate, along with exceptional attention to detail and a strong desire to learn data and finance analysis.
What are the expected skills for successful candidates?
Successful candidates should have proficiency in Excel, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively.
