What is the duration of the internship?
The internship will last for 10 weeks, from June 2 to August 8, 2025.
What is the preferred GPA for applicants?
A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred for applicants.
What are the eligibility requirements regarding education?
Applicants must be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology, with a minimum of 60 credit hours completed by the start of the internship.
Is there a dress code for the internship?
Yes, there is a relaxed dress code with a “Dress for Your Day” policy.
Will interns receive compensation?
Yes, interns will receive a stipend of $2,500 for the duration of the internship.
What skills are preferred for applicants?
Preferred skills include working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, an interest in machine uptime and repair projects, data analytics, and previous internship experience in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, or operations emphasis.
Are there opportunities for mentorship during the internship?
Yes, interns will have access to mentorships and networking opportunities across the business and with leadership.
