Responsibilities

  • Project Managers are completely responsible for the management of the project from inception to 100% completion.
  • Learn to manage all labor of the projects task in an organized manner which meets the overall project schedule.
  • Assist with the coordination of the projects task in an organized manner which meets the overall project schedule.
  • Help to manage submittals, O&M manuals, red-lined drawings, maintain change orders and RFIs for punctual clarifications
  • Project Management Interns must exude strong leadership and respect for field operations staff including Superintendents and Foreman
  • Must build relationships and trust through his/her performance with general contractors/clients by displaying professionalism, integrity, accountability, quality and exceeding expectations.
