What is the duration of the internship program?
The 2025 Summer Internship Program will run from June 9, 2025, to August 14, 2025.
What are the working hours for the internship?
Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday, with a total of 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
Where is the internship located?
The internship will be located onsite in Princeton, NJ, USA.
What type of projects will the intern be working on?
The intern will support the Energy Reduction program, assist with dashboard development, track participation in the Green Lab challenge, develop a lab asset registry, create content for sustainability communications, and attend sustainability network meetings.
What qualifications are required for the internship?
Candidates should be working towards a degree in environmental science, engineering, or a similar field, with a preference for having completed two full years of study prior to the internship.
What skills are preferred for applicants?
Understanding of asset management, lab operations, and/or ESG is preferred. Candidates should also be self-starters with excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
What is the hourly rate for the internship?
The hourly rate for this position is between $23.00 and $26.00, depending on factors such as location, education, training, specific skills, and experience.
