Responsibilities

  • It is expected the role will involve a level of work on new/live transactions, including leveraged loans and high yield bonds, for financial sponsor backed and corporate clients across all sectors in Europe. The role will also include assisting senior staff on the management of the portfolio.
  • Assist the team in the preparation of marketing materials and pitches to both financial sponsors and corporate clients
  • Conduct analysis of markets (business / sector / transactional / pricing comparables) and credit analysis of potential issuers
  • Assist the team in the execution of transactions; including leveraged loans or high yield bond, across all sectors (such as TMT, healthcare, consumer retail, industrials…)
  • Assist the team in the monitoring of portfolio company trading / developmentsPrecise split of time will be determined on an ongoing basis dependent on business requirements at the time.
