What is the duration of the internship program?
The 2025 Summer Internship program is a 10-week summer program.
What types of projects will interns work on?
Interns will be given projects that are both educational and provide value to the business, culminating in a presentation to the senior leadership team at the end of the summer.
What educational opportunities are provided during the internship?
Throughout the program, interns will attend educational sessions presented by senior leadership, participate in team-building exercises, and engage in relationship-building activities within the firm.
What qualifications are required for candidates interested in this internship?
Candidates should be pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Financial Engineering, have an interest in financial markets, experience in writing Python code, strong communication skills, the ability to find creative solutions to problems, and familiarity with machine learning is advantageous.
What programming languages and tools should interns be familiar with?
Candidates should have experience in Python, particularly with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, sklearn, Dash, Plotly, Flask, and Django.
Are there any specific soft skills that are emphasized for this internship role?
