The internship will be based in either Winston Salem or Tobaccoville, NC.

The intern will be assigned to roles within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Procurement within the Operations function.
What type of projects will I be working on during the internship?
You will support key projects that drive business and financial results in areas such as Supply Chain, ESG, Safety, Process Analysis/Optimization, Quality, Resource Utilization, and Waste Reduction.
What qualifications are needed to apply for this internship?
Candidates should be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with completed coursework in engineering, manufacturing, business, agribusiness management, or a related field.
Is previous experience required for the internship?
Previous Operations internship experience is beneficial but not required.
What skills will be advantageous for this role?
Skills in analytical and problem-solving, superior written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, innovative leadership, and interpersonal skills will be advantageous.
What is the hourly rate for this internship?
The hourly rate for undergraduate interns is $21.00 per hour.
