Responsibilities

  • Assist with supporting various development programs, such as fellowships, mentorship initiatives, and virtual events/conference planning. Your role may include coordinating logistics, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring the smooth execution of these programs.
  • Assist in leading social media accounts, crafting content, and encouraging engagement improves the organization's online presence.
  • Provide research around talent & coordinate profiles and bios
  • Data entry for new system for talent tracking / feedback
  • Help with searches for freelancer producers/talent for long form unit and news division
  • Access to talent staff meetings provides you with insights into the decision-making processes regarding talent engagement, reel screening, and other key aspects.
