Responsibilities

  • Support ad-hoc data retrieval and preparing recurring reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) that are distributed across the group, and this includes Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Reports, Performance Reports, Enterprise-level Dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis
  • Collect, validate, and maintain historical datasets from various third-party sources
  • Maintain technical documentation
  • Solidify validity of insights and explain those findings in a concise manner
  • Monitor industry trends and interpret the potential implications for the business
  • Implement and develop dashboards and reporting
