Responsibilities

  • Utilize workflow to review incoming Accounts Payable invoices.
  • Review various data fields for accuracy and adjust where required.
  • Assign invoices to the appropriate branch queue.
  • Assist with vendor statement reconciliation.
  • Perform data entry, review, and posting of AP invoices in accounting system.
  • Work together with the Corporate AP Team to ensure timely processing of invoices.
  • Assist with other AP processes and projects as needed.
