Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an associate, undergraduate or graduate school program at a college or university within a 250-mile radius of Omaha, Nebraska, and working toward a degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, business, math or a related field required; August 2025-May 2026 graduates preferred, will consider 2027 graduates
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks during the summer in Omaha required; must be available to work Monday-Thursday in our Omaha Riverfront office, with the option to work remotely on Fridays
  • Classroom or work experience with project management (preferably software development) required; experience or familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology preferred
  • Ability to clearly articulate project scope to stakeholders and technology partners required
  • Ability to create and execute a project plan by breaking down milestones into actionable deliverables required
  • Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

  • - Manage the development of a custom software program that helps others maximize their potential
  • - Oversee the creation of technology that helps leaders build engaging workplaces
  • - Lead projects to completion and ensure that teams hit milestones and meet requirements
  • - Plan and execute projects that involve software development
  • - Identify potential risks and maintain strong organizational skills
