Responsibilities

  • Gestion et suivi administratif:
  • Mettre en place et suivre les contrats des Ambassadeurs.
  • Saisir et suivre les codes IDH liés aux formations.
  • Gérer la préparation, l'envoi et le suivi des diplômes ASK Education.
  • Assurer la saisie des dotations produits pour l'équipe éducation, les coachs, les Ambassadeurs, et le siège.
  • Saisie dans les différents systèmes Henkel des factures de l’ensemble des fournisseurs du service Education. Relationnel et suivi administratif avec ces différents fournisseurs (mise en place des paiements, réclamations, litiges).
  • Support opérationnel aux équipes
  • Participer au contrôle et au suivi des reportings pour les ASK seminars et les activités en salon
  • Apporter un support sur les traductions des documents administratifs et techniques.
  • Gérer les envois de documents techniques et administratifs pour les stages en académie et auprès des lieux partenaires
  • Gestion logistique et matérielle
  • Gérer les commandes et le stock des têtes malléables.
  • Effectuer le sourcing des goodies et du matériel nécessaire pour les formations.
  • Suivre les commandes et les livraisons de matériel pédagogique et autres fournitures.
