Responsibilities

  • Complete all studies required to satisfactorily achieve the required degree.
  • Gain an understanding of the support and advice required by our clients regarding their developments in line with the UK Building Regulations and all necessary legislation.
  • Gain an understanding and provide support in the administration and management of non-complex Building Control projects.
  • Conducting inspections of work; checking plans, drawings, and associated information to ensure compliance with the Building Regulations under the supervision of qualified personnel.
  • Ensuring that records of all project and inspection records are accurately entered on to the business database
  • Assisting in the generation of quotations and compiling technical reports.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Performing duties in accordance with QA procedures
  • Attend relevant training sessions and complete personal CPD
  • Work to develop an understanding of commercial process through training and peer support
  • Understand the wider BV organisation and how the services of CTC services contribute to the UK business
