Requirements

  • - Engineering degree complemented by Legal / Analyst or Economic training preferred.
  • - Strong analytical, critical and structured thinking skills.
  • - Good relationship builder- open and honest style.
  • - Desirable Knowledge of the energy sector in Spain and interest for the wholesale markets.
  • - Preferably knowledge in Energy management & Business and the willingness to learn about renewable sector, PV sites and applications. Additional legal knowledge will be a plus.
  • - Preferably knowledge in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and PowerBi.

Responsibilities

  • - Discover the functioning of the Asset Management team, with a particular focus on operational excellence processes and the refinancing process.
  • - Collaborate with the local and global teams (including Asset Management, Finance, Legal) to manage legal aspects such as merger processes, refinancing, and the necessary procedures with the different stakeholders to optimize the portfolio.
  • - Utilize skills to enhance the financial performance of the portfolio.
  • - Analyze and estimate economic impacts, staying updated on market trends, exploring new revenue streams, and identifying cost reduction opportunities.
  • - Analyze and report periodically on various technical and economic KPIs of the portfolios.
  • - Develop business cases to improve portfolio results.
  • - Propose different strategies to the Asset Managers, ensuring the portfolio's sustainable development.
