Responsibilities

  • Two six-month rotations working as an analyst, identifying changing internal and external factors, and how they impact the business and our forecasts
  • Presenting & contributing in forums, proactively influencing decision making
  • Ownership of analytical projects with deliverables that make a difference
  • The rotations will primarily focus on Analytics and Pricing, with further opportunities to gain experience from roles across the business through cross-divisional projects
  • Alongside your team and line manager, you will also be paired with a buddy and a mentor to support your professional development
  • Immerse yourself in your chosen business area, making meaningful contributions to team objectives and projects, and gaining invaluable hands-on experience
  • Beyond your daily tasks, you’ll have dedicated time for learning and growth including mentor catch ups. With tailored resources and support, you’ll enhance your skills and knowledge, benefiting your work, the project, and your future career
  • Lead and collaborate with fellow placement students on impactful projects that benefit both the business and the community, offering a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference
