Responsibilities

  • Assister les catalogueur euses lors de l’élaboration du catalogue de vente (coordination restauration, expertise, encadrement etc.) et participer à des séances de cataloguing dans notre entrepôt ;
  • Effectuer des recherches bibliographiques indispensables à l’expertise des lots : en bibliothèque, au bureau, sur internet ou aux archives ;
  • Apporter un support dans les tâches administratives quotidiennes du département (commandes photos, factures, courriers, fournitures, inventaires etc.) et du spécialiste (envoi courriers, recherches hors vente, assistance projets etc.) ;
  • Préparer les fiches descriptives pour les expertises et aider à gérer le déplacement des œuvres ou les transports chez les encadreurs et les restaurateurs ;
  • Contribuer à la bonne organisation des ventes aux enchères à venir ;
  • Préparer les dossiers de vente avec toutes les informations sur les œuvres : photos HD, CR, scan, biblio, photos in situ ;
  • Contribuer à la bonne organisation des expositions.
