  • Mettre à jour les informations sur les collectionneurs (privés, marchands, conseillers en art, institutionnels) dans la base de données ;
  • Lire régulièrement la presse et revoir quotidiennement le Carnet du Jour (Le Figaro) ;
  • Assister l’équipe dans la préparation des listes d’invités pour les événements destinés aux grands collectionneurs (déjeuners/dîners, visites d’expositions, dîners de gala) ;
  • Apporter un soutien à la responsable des Relations Clients ;
  • Soutenir l’équipe dans ses tâches quotidiennes (notes de frais, organisation de voyages, courriers, mise à jour des agendas) ;
  • Rédaction de notices biographiques, préparation d’arbres généalogiques, rédaction des profils collectionneurs, mise à jour des coordonnées.
