Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all members of the Minor League Operations & Development department on aspects of Minor League operations and administration
  • Assist with the creation, editing, and distribution of Minor League guidelines and initiatives, as well as gathering data and maintaining databases
  • Draft summaries and present on ad hoc research and analysis in support of minor league operations and player development tasks
  • Assist with operational issues with the player development departments of all 30 MLB Clubs, including experimental rules
  • Stay abreast of player development and operations trends occurring throughout the league
  • Collaborate with others in the Baseball Operations department
  • Support the Minor League Operations & Development department with daily operations and perform other duties as assigned
