Requirements

  • Currently in penultimate year of university, on track for a 2.1 or higher, with a degree completion date of Spring 2026.
  • Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Statistics and other relevant degrees preferred
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office applications and sourcing data from the internet and various publications
  • Excellent writing and communications skills and ability to work as a member of a fast-paced, transaction orientated team
  • Self-starter, must be organised and able to work independently
  • Ability to prioritise work and multi-task responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines

Responsibilities

  • 9-week programme with potential to convert to full-time offer based on strong performance and the needs of the business
  • Placements available across a variety of investment teams, including public and private fixed income, real estate and specialty equity markets
  • Support underwriting efforts for debt/equity opportunities including:
  • Market research
  • Financial analysis and modelling
  • Risk analysis and valuation
  • Draft investment memos
  • Ongoing portfolio monitoring, analysis and valuation
  • Assist with special ad-hoc projects, presentations and initiatives
