How do I join the CXG community?
To join, you need to register at live.cxg.com, complete your profile, get certified by passing the General Certification, apply for missions, and start evaluating.
What types of luxury brands will I be evaluating?
You will evaluate various luxury brands across multiple industries, including fashion, jewelry, beauty, and automotive, such as Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Guerlain, and Bentley.
What kind of compensation can I expect?
You can earn a fee based on the complexity of non-purchase evaluations, and for purchase-based evaluations, you may be reimbursed for approved items as outlined in the mission brief.
What are the requirements to become an evaluator?
You must be at least 18 years old (21 in the United States), a current customer of premium and luxury brands, not under contract with any retail brands, and possess qualities such as punctuality, organization, attention to detail, and passion for customer experience.
Can I choose which assignments I want to take?
Yes, you can choose your assignments based on your personal preferences and interests.
