Responsibilities

  • Collate all relevant marketing material from labels, artist management and stakeholders
  • Attend label meetings and update the Brand team on new artist releases and new signings
  • Create and update artist one-sheets with latest bios and data
  • Arrange and facilitate meetings (internal, external & virtual); preparing necessary documents for meetings
  • Produce and circulate the Globe weekly brand team status via the Monday.com application
  • Manage gig ticketing requests and update the team gig calendar
  • Arrange business travel bookings when required
  • Assist the office manager in the general running of the department inc. room booking, event organisation, couriers, welcoming guests, etc
  • Assist in the processing of campaign fees and invoices where appropriate
  • Delivery of additional ad hoc duties where required
  • Support the accounts team on events and campaign shoots [live and virtual] inc. location scouting, venue booking, transport arrangements, rider provision, etc
  • Liaise with the internal events team and support with organising regular hospitality opportunities for clients
  • Support with Globe internal events/socials
  • Champion our artist data insight tools to support with new business and artist one-pagers
  • Participation in creative brainstorm sessions
  • Assist in the preparation of new business presentations and pitch documents, incl. industry research and case study slides
  • Identify and share new digital trends adopted by influencers / artists [Tik-Tok, Instagram Reels etc]
  • Online research for brand contacts
  • Support with product placement ideas for new music video treatments
  • Assist new business team with research into prospective brand partners and priority development sectors
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the UMG roster and compile artist suggestions for new projects and pitches
  • Update and input into the Globe Social Strategy/Comms Plan
  • Post across Globe Social channels [Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter] - case studies, artist + UMUSICUK re-posts, industry news, award announcements and New Music Friday
  • Produce and circulate our bi-weekly Globe Newsletter
  • Update the Globe Website with our latest work / case studies
